Kaitaia Fire Ltd. was established in 1989 on a 5 acre organic farm in the Far North of New Zealand. Our aim is to provide top quality New Zealand made hot sauces, using the finest organic produce sourced from our Doubtless Bay region. We hope that by using our sauces, discernng customers throughout the world, will be able to experience a little of what makes this country great, and perhaps learn and appreciate a small sample of our culture.

We have a network of certified organic growers, producing top quality chili peppers for use in our sauces. We also provide a full range of fresh, dried, pickled and smoked peppers, which we hope will satisfy the needs of the hardiest chili freaks, and introduce a whole new world of "hot" to those poor deprived folk yet to experience the full range of taste sensations!
